This project comprised 13990m2 of warehouse with future warehouse expansion of 11100m2, as well as 1200m2 of office space. A high level of ESD initiatives were incorporated within the design of the facility. These included passive solar design features, rainwater and grey water harvesting, the use of materials with high recycled content with low VOC emitting properties.
