The project involved the design and construction of two facilities on a staged basis, with the delivery of the DATS Distribution Centre being Stage 1 and the spec building to follow. The works comprised overall delivery of 24,100m2 of warehouse and approximately 2000m2 of office space for the head office and warehousing facility of DATS, a company involved in the development, import and wholesaling of stationery, packaging products and other consumer goods.
