Oakdale Industrial Estates, Western Sydney

OVERVIEW

Oakdale Industrial Estate, encompassing Oakdale West (93Ha), Central (45Ha), South (70Ha) and East (95Ha), spans the local government areas of both Penrith City Council and Fairfield City Council. The estate benefits from connectivity to Sydney’s motorway network via the nearby M4/M7 Motorways, providing easy access to the city’s metropolitan areas.

CRC has provided extensive services for the estate, including civil infrastructure design and planning, tender documentation and management, development applications, superintendent services, and utility coordination. Work encompassed the structural design and analysis of warehouse steel portal frame structures, office structures, and industrial slabs on grade across multiple projects:

  • Oakdale West Industrial Estate: Lots 3A, 3B1, 3B2, 3C1, 3C2, 4E, 5A, 5B, 1B, and 1C
  • Oakdale South Industrial Estate: Lots 2A, 2B, 3B, 5A, and others
  • Oakdale Central Industrial Estate: Lots 3C, 3D, and others
  • Oakdale East Industrial Estate – In progress
