OVERVIEW

CRC delivered a new industrial distribution centre within the Charter Hall Wetherill Park Estate, linking large national companies such as Marley Spoon Australia to top-tier warehouse spaces.

Situated on the corner of Victoria and Walter Streets, Building 2, Wetherill Park spans 26,464m2 and is designed to attain a 5-star Green Star rating. It accommodates two tenancies and features 24,744m2 of open warehouse space, 10 recessed docks, 14 on-grade doors, a 36m wide super awning, and approximately 17,000m2 of external hardstand. The facility also includes 1,715m2 of office space, 208 car parking spaces, and extensive landscaping.

The larger 14,200m2 tenancy was customised to suit the requirements of Marley Spoon, a food preparation and distribution company. Modifications encompassed base building structural upgrades, plant rooms, and enhanced services for food preparation, storage, chiller, and freezer areas.
