At CRC, we take immense pride in our role as engineering partners for some of the most ambitious construction projects in New South Wales. Recently, three of our valued clients were recognised at the Master Builders Association of New South Wales 2024 Awards, and we are thrilled to celebrate their remarkable achievements. These awards highlight the dedication, innovation, and technical excellence that each company brought to their projects, and we are honoured to have contributed to their success.

Prime Projects – Southend Distribution Centre, Alexandria

Prime Projects (NSW) Pty Limited was awarded the Excellence in Construction NSW Award for Adaptive Re-Use: $20 Million & Over for their work on Goodman’s Southend Lane project. This recognition celebrates the intricate work involved in adapting existing structures while retaining their original character—something we believe is essential to sustainable development. It was a privilege to collaborate with Prime Projects on engineering solutions that supported their vision for the adaptive re-use of this space.

BESIX Watpac – AXIS Alexandria

BESIX Watpac were honoured with the Excellence in Construction 2024 Award for Industrial Buildings $25 Million – $50 Million for the AXIS Alexandria project – Sydney’s first multi-level warehouse. This award reflects the commitment BESIX Watpac has shown to precision, quality, and industrial design. Our team was pleased to work on the engineering elements that helped bring AXIS Alexandria to life, and it’s a project we’re incredibly proud of.

Richard Crookes Construction – Northern Beaches Business Park, Cromer

In the Industrial Buildings $50 Million – $100 Million category, Richard Crookes Constructions received recognition for their work on the Northern Beaches Business Park Cromer. This award-winning project involved innovative approaches and planning, resulting in a structure that not only meets high industrial standards but also aligns with our commitment to sustainable engineering.
