The Amazon Fulfilment Centre is the largest multi-level warehouse in the country and Australia’s first robotic online shopping hub located in Oakdale West Industrial Estate, Kemps Creek. The centre spans 200,000 square metres across four levels with more than 13,500 tonnes of Australian steel framing. The facility is capable of housing 20 million e-commerce items and creates approximately 1,500 local jobs.
CRC were engaged as the consulting structural engineers for this project, working on structural design and as steel consultants.
