Costin Roe Consulting Pty Ltd involvement in this was to assist Barclay Mowlem in submitting a tender for the construction of the Chatswood rail interchange. This required co-ordinating the staged demolition of the existing and construction of the new station. 
Realignment of the northern line construction of temporary platform and public assess during construction provided numerous challenges. The project was further complicated due to the fact that that the works had to be carried out over specific time periods when the builder took possession of the northern during weekend periods.
We were also involved in designing temporary shoring work supporting the northern rail line whilst deep adjacent excavation work were carried out and ensuring the rail traffic was interrupted.
