Seven Hills Foundry

Costin Roe Consulting have been involved in numerous upgrade works at this plant. In fact, our Managing Director was the Project Director for the original plant construction in 1973. We have subsequently been involved in two major upgrades in 1992 and again in 2003 with the installation of a 'state of the art' Disamatic casting line and CNC machining equipment. Heat treatment, X-ray and painting facilities were also installed so the plant can offer a fully finished component ready for assembly. The project required detailed design for the machine bases that required specialised analysis to ensure vibration free and stable operation of the plant.
